POOLIO SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent directly by POOLIO to individuals who affirmatively opt in to POOLIO's internal messaging program.

This messaging program is separate from communication tools that independent pool-service companies may use to contact their own customers.

Message Types

By opting in, you agree that POOLIO may send recurring SMS messages regarding:

• product demonstrations
• account setup
• onboarding
• operational account notifications
• POOLIO customer support

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with POOLIO, account activity, onboarding status, demonstration requests, and customer-support activity.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, requesting a product demonstration, or creating a POOLIO account.

You may opt in through POOLIO's public SMS consent page: https://usepoolio.com/sms-consent. The SMS checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will receive no further POOLIO SMS messages unless you later opt in again.

Mobile Information

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

POOLIO may share limited information with telecommunications carriers, platform providers, and messaging-delivery vendors only as necessary to operate and deliver the POOLIO messaging program.

Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

POOLIO and participating telecommunications carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or inaccurate contact information.
