POOLIO SMS Terms
POOLIO helps pool service companies send SMS messages to customers who have opted in.
Message Types
Messages may include:
- pool service updates
- completed service notifications
- billing reminders
- invoice payment links
- estimate links
- scheduling updates
- customer support replies
- AI Inbox replies
- Billing AI reminders
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on service activity, invoices, estimates, scheduling, and customer communication.

Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After replying STOP, the customer will no longer receive SMS messages from that pool service company unless they opt back in.
Help
Customers can reply HELP for help.
Consent
Customers must provide consent before receiving SMS messages. Consent may be collected through a service agreement, web form, invoice page, estimate page, customer portal, paper form, verbal consent recorded by the pool company, or by texting START/JOIN/YES to the company SMS number.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
