POOLIO provides software tools for pool service companies to manage customers, routes, service logs, estimates, invoices, payments, customer communication, AI Inbox, Billing AI, and related business operations.
Information We Collect
POOLIO may collect and store:

- user names and emails
- customer names and contact information
- service addresses
- service logs
- service photos
- equipment photos
- chemistry readings
- chemical dosages
- invoices and billing records
- estimate records
- customer messages
- SMS and email communication records

- optional location data when used for proof of service

SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy
POOLIO and pool service companies using POOLIO may send SMS messages to customers who have opted in to receive messages.
Messages may include:
- pool service updates
- completed service notifications
- invoice reminders
- payment links
- estimate links
- scheduling updates
- customer support replies
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Customers can reply HELP for help.
Third-Party Service Providers
POOLIO may use third-party service providers to operate the platform, including:
- payment processors
- SMS providers
- email providers
- hosting providers
- analytics and logging providers
- AI service providers
These providers are used only as needed to operate the service.
Data Retention
POOLIO may retain business records, invoices, payments, service logs, messages, and support records as needed for business, legal, tax, accounting, security, and compliance purposes.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion from inside the app through Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion or by contacting support.
Because POOLIO contains business records, invoices, service history, payment records, and customer records, some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
