POOLIO provides software tools for pool service companies to manage customers, routes, service logs, estimates, invoices, payments, customer communication, AI Inbox, Billing AI, and related business operations.

POOLIO may collect and store:

- service addresses
- service logs
- service photos
- equipment photos
- chemistry readings

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information
When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, POOLIO may send recurring SMS messages regarding product demonstrations, account setup, onboarding, operational account notifications, and POOLIO customer support.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, requesting a demonstration, or creating a POOLIO account.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We will not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the POOLIO messaging program. We may share limited information, including your SMS consent status, with service providers that help us operate and deliver the messaging program, including platform providers, telecommunications providers, phone companies, and messaging-delivery vendors.

Because POOLIO contains business records, invoices, service history, payment records, and customer records, some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
