Is this the official POOLIO app?
Yes. The official POOLIO app for pool service companies is published by POOLIO at usepoolio.com. Today it installs directly from this website as a web app; it is not yet listed in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
How do I install POOLIO on iPhone?
Open usepoolio.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen. POOLIO opens full-screen from its own icon like any other app.
How do I install POOLIO on Android?
Open usepoolio.com in Chrome and tap Install app (or choose Install app / Add to Home screen from the browser menu). POOLIO then appears in your app drawer.
Do techs need a separate app?
No. Technicians install the same POOLIO app and sign in with their own account. They see only their own day: stops, checklists, chemistry entry, photos, notes and assigned work orders.
Does POOLIO work offline?
The technician route view does. It prefetches the day's stops, and completed checklists, chemistry, notes and photos queue on the phone and sync when signal returns. Office features such as billing and messaging need a connection.
Where will official store links appear?
When POOLIO is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play, the official links will be published on this page (usepoolio.com/poolio-app). Until then, install POOLIO from this website.
