How does SHARK know a home has a pool?
SHARK uses property-record pool indicators from its data provider. Where enhanced aerial verification is available and actually run on a property, the result shows the imagery date and confidence; otherwise the record is labelled as a property-record pool, not as aerial verified.
Is counting pool homes free?
Yes. Searching an area and seeing how many pool homes match, on a map, is free. Seeing owner names and contact details uses a homeowner unlock — SHARK includes 50 a month once owner data is switched on for your account.
What are Fresh Owners?
Pool homes that recently sold, filtered by 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, ranked by a transparent SHARK score. Sale dates come from property records; POOLIO does not claim MLS verification.
